I created Next Cup Leadership with one mission in mind: to help leaders refuel and realign for what’s next. After more than 26 years in the behavioral health and healthcare space—starting as a Mental Health Technician and eventually leading strategic HR and operational teams.
I’ve seen what real leadership takes. It’s not about always having the right answer. It’s about asking the right questions, showing up with empathy, and staying grounded in values, even under pressure.
My career has spanned executive HR leadership, large-scale workforce initiatives, organizational change, and crisis response. But I’ve also mentored dozens of emerging leaders—because I believe leadership is a skill that’s taught, modeled, and nurtured.
